- Valoriser l’Individu, le collaborateur, qui travaille, de près ou de loin, dans les métiers d’accueil et qu’on n’a souvent pas le temps de former sur autre chose que le cœur de métier,
- Motiver, donner envie de toujours mieux accueillir, mieux servir, mieux échanger avec les visiteurs
- Valoriser l’Individu qui n’a pas eu les mêmes chances d’ouverture sur le monde pour aider à mieux comprendre et à mieux intégrer la société actuelle
- Eveiller la curiosité des jeunes (et des moins jeunes, d’ailleurs 😊)
